Make your fundraising night a fun and easy way to raise money. All you need to do is provide the venue and the guests.

We combine our experienced team and amazing auction items to manage the entire fundraising auction component at your next fundraising event.

Legends & Heroes will provide at least 20 items of sporting or entertainment memorabilia for auction and your club keeps all the profit over the reserve placed on the memorabilia.

You get to choose the items for auction and unsold items cost your club nothing as they can be returned. We will provide items relating to the guest speakers which can be signed and auctioned on the night.

Our team has extensive experience working at Australia's Leading Charitable and fundraising events and we will bring that experience to your next fundraising event.

We allow you to concentrate on other parts of your event, with the knowledge that the auction is being handled by professionals.

A professionally set-up selection of unique Silent Auction items, chosen through consultation with yourself.
Professionally experienced Auction Managers from Legends and Heroes to assist to run the Silent Auction fre of charge.
Individual Ballot Bidding Forms.
Meeting with you to discuss any planning/logistical issues prior to the function.
Produce bid sheets for all Legends and Heroes provided items and any other Silent Auction items you have.
Provide rare and impressive memorabilia items to use in a Live Auction.
Return any unsold items provided by Legends and Heroes free of charge.
Courier items to and from the function.
Manage money collection and wireless credit card terminals to process the payments at your event.
Provide any framing you require at special charity rates.
Prepare a full auction report and donation transfer within days.
Provide an experienced auctioneer.

NO COST TO YOU:

There are no fees or charges for our services.
If our items do not sell we simply take them back at no cost to you.
We offer our items on consignment (sale or return).
You only pay the cost plus GST for the items that sell.
If nothing sells, you pay nothing!
All the money raised above cost price is 100% yours to keep.
We take no management fees or commissions.

We can provide the following types of auction items:
